👉🏼 PROCEDURE :
- Open the “VBPC ” software on your admin PC
The file is located on the desktop of the PC GM
- Choose your own room organization (like the image above)
(If no room appears in the drop-down bar, please wait a moment. If the problem persists, restart the software) - Plug in the headset you want to add, then click on "Enroll" (the headset will now be registered on VBMS).
Please note:
If you wish to add a new headset from the HTC after-sales service, you will need to perform a factory reset on the defective headset in order to release the license.
To do this, please refer to this link: Comment réinitialiser un Focus 3 via VBMS
-
Then you need to:
- Unplug the headset from the Admin PC
- Connect it to Wi-Fi
- Open "VBMS" via the Admin PC of your arena (VIVE Business+).
- Log in with the account you just created.
- Select your "organization" and then click on "Enter".
- On the left, click on "Manage devices" - "Devices".
All headsets registered via VB+ are listed in the "Devices" section.
- Click on the headset you just enrolled. It will have the status "not assigned," which means it hasn't been assigned to any group.
- Scroll down the screen, then in "Settings" click on "Edit" and select the appropriate group for the headset.
Exemple:
Assign A-01 to the group Arena_A.
Assign B-01 to the group Arena_B.
- The headset will then switch to "Processing" status to load the configuration batch and the MAP of your arena. (Do not turn off or touch the headset during this process.)
- After retrieving the batch and the map, the headset will be in 'Standing by' status. It will then be ready for operation
